and for a lot of reasons, we follow the second type, and that is not applicable to customers in the United Kingdom or Australia.
Why don’t we offer refund?

- Provide clarity and simplicity in transactions for us and our users.
- Save time and money on processing returns.
- Some services that we provide cannot be returned by nature, domain names for example.
What if I wanted to cancel my orders?
You can cancel your monthly or annually subscription at any time, and your ability to still access services until the end of the payment period depends on how close to the start of the month you chose to end your service.
